This English version is the governing version of this Privacy Policy. Translations provided in other languages are for convenience only; in the event of any conflict or inconsistency, this English version shall prevail.
This Privacy Policy describes how Vibrith ("we," "us," or "the Platform") collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal information of users ("you" or "the User") who access the progressive web application available at vibrith.net (the "Application") and related services (the "Services"). Vibrith is currently operated by its individual owner, who is in the process of establishing a formal legal entity. References to "Vibrith" in this document designate the operator responsible for data processing until such entity is formally registered, at which point this policy will be updated. This policy is designed to comply, where applicable, with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 25,326), and United States privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), given that Vibrith serves users located in Europe, the Americas, and other regions.
The data controller responsible for the personal data collected through the Application is the operator of Vibrith. For privacy-related inquiries, you may contact us through the support email address indicated in Section 11 of this document.
We collect the following categories of personal data when you use the Application:
Membership and payment status information provided by Patreon through its webhook API (Patreon username, subscription status, membership tier).
The Application uses browser local storage (localStorage) to remember your session and access code, allowing your report to be displayed automatically without re-entering the code on subsequent visits from the same device. This information remains on your device and does not constitute an advertising tracking cookie, nor is it shared with third parties for marketing purposes. You may delete this information at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this Application.
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
Vibrith uses generative artificial intelligence models to produce the content of the reports offered through the Application. It is important that you understand the following:
For users located in the European Economic Area, the processing of your personal data is based on the following legal grounds under Article 6 of the GDPR:
You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.
We retain your personal data for as long as your subscription remains active. Upon cancellation or expiration of your subscription without renewal, we retain the associated data for an additional period of twelve (12) months from the last recorded activity, in order to allow for account restoration in case of reactivation and to comply with applicable accounting and tax obligations. After this period, personal data is irreversibly deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share information only with the following service providers, to the extent necessary for the operation of the Application:
These providers may be located in the United States or other jurisdictions outside your country of residence. In such cases, we seek to ensure that these providers offer adequate data protection safeguards in accordance with internationally recognized transfer mechanisms under the GDPR (such as standard contractual clauses) where applicable.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to: access your personal data; request its rectification if inaccurate; request its erasure ("right to be forgotten"); request restriction of processing; request portability of your data to another controller; object to processing based on legitimate interest; and lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of your country of residence.
If you are located in Argentina, you have the right to access, rectify, update, and request deletion of your personal data, in accordance with Law No. 25,326 and its regulations. You may exercise these rights by contacting us through the means indicated in Section 11. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, as the Control Authority under Law No. 25,326, has the authority to address complaints related to non-compliance with personal data protection regulations.
If you reside in California or another U.S. state with equivalent privacy legislation, you have the right to know what personal data has been collected about you, to request its deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Vibrith does not sell or share personal data for targeted advertising purposes, and therefore the right to opt out of data sales does not apply.
To exercise any of the rights described in this section, send your request to the contact email indicated in Section 11, specifying the right you wish to exercise and information that allows us to identify your account (registered email or access code). We will respond to your request within a reasonable time and, in any event, within the maximum periods established by applicable law.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration, including the use of encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and database access controls. However, no data transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
Vibrith's Services are not directed at minors. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 years of age (or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction). If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor without verifiable parental or guardian consent, we will delete such information.
For inquiries, requests related to your personal data, or any questions about this Privacy Policy, you may contact us at: soporte@krenza.lat
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, applicable legislation, or the Services offered. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document indicates the current version. Continued use of the Application after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
